Yes. Orders are fulfilled locally in the UK, EU, and US whenever possible to avoid customs delays.

Prints are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes another 2–5 days depending on your location.

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking.

If anything happens in transit, I’ll send a replacement free of charge. You may be asked for photos to help process the claim.

Because prints are custom made, I don’t accept returns unless there’s a problem. However, you can cancel your order within 14 days if production hasn’t started.

Shipping
All prints are made to order and fulfilled by The Print Space through local production hubs in the UK, EU, and US.
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Shipping time: 2–10 business days depending on your location and shipping option
Tracking: Always included
Packaging: Small prints ship flat, larger prints are rolled in protective tubes
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Damage, loss, and replacements
If your print arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, I will arrange a free replacement.
To process this, image or video documentation may be required.All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns and cancellations
Because each artwork is custom-made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted under normal circumstances.
However, under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, unless the production of your item has already begun. If cancellation is still possible, I will process a full refund.

Customs and duties
For most regions (UK, EU, US), orders are fulfilled locally, which reduces or removes the risk of customs fees.
Buyers outside these regions, or those ordering framed prints, may need to pay import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.If you’re still unsure about something, please contact support here.
