Privacy

outrunyouth.com is a personal art site. It collects as little as possible, never sells your data, and uses it only to run the things you choose to use.

If you subscribe, your email address is stored so we can send you updates. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Messages sent through the contact form are emailed to the artist. The name, email, and message are used only to reply — they are not stored in a database or used for marketing.

When you submit an interpretation of an artwork, we store the text and, if you add one, your optional social handle, and show them publicly. Submissions pass an automated slur filter, and the artist can hide anything after the fact. A random token is kept in your browser so you can only agree with a given interpretation once; it isn’t linked to your identity, and clearing your browser data removes it. When you agree with an interpretation we also store a one-way, scrambled fingerprint of your IP address, used only to spot vote manipulation — it can’t be turned back into your IP. No account is required, and we don’t track you across sites.

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to see roughly how many people visit and how quickly pages load. It doesn’t identify you or follow you around the web.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you like, and you can ask to see or delete anything we hold about you by emailing contact@outrunyouth.com. Data is processed by our service providers (Supabase, Resend, and Vercel) solely to run these features.
